Made traditionally. Served with seitan duxelles and puff pastry black truffle.

Potatoes: roast potatoes made with duck fat, mashed potatoes with butter and cream, dauphinois potatoes.
Roast parsnips and carrots with a honey glaze, rainbow chard, French beans with toasted almonds, and Brussels sprouts topped with chestnuts

To ensure everything is perfect for your festive celebration, all Christmas Day menus must be pre-ordered at least 7 days in advance.
A 50% deposit is required when placing your order.
The remaining balance will be due on the day.
