With porcini mushrooms and a

watercress leaf salad

 

Sautéed Chicken Livers

 with pancetta  and a red wine jus

served on a bed of leaves

with a homemade fig chutney

 

 

A Classic prawn cocktail with a twist

langoustines and pomegranate

                                  with pumpkin toast                                       

 

 

 

MAINS

All served with butter and duck fat roasted potatoes, sweet honey glazed roasted carrots and  parsnips with  seasonal vegetables

           Topped with a herby mint crust

                                                         redcurrant & madeira sauce

in a white wine sauce
